1. This Legal Notice provides the general terms of access and use of website www.agedi.es (hereinafter, the website or web portal) owned by AGEDI, Entidad de Gestión de Derechos de Propiedad Intelectual (hereinafter, AGEDI), with tax ID number G79070520, domicile in Madrid, 28006, calle María de Molina 39, 6ª and legally registered in the Spanish Ministry of Home Affairs National Register of Associations, Group 1, Section 1, National number 609 552, with email address: agedi@agedi.es and phone number +34 91 417 0470 – Fax +34 91 556 9272.

The use of web site www.agedi.es and the use of the services AGEDI provided within it are, in principle, free of charge, without prejudice that this could change in the future according to Clause 8 of these General Terms or to General Terms of Use ruling specifically any of the services included and provided by AGEDI.

3. By using this web site or any of its web pages, the user expressly accepts unreservedly these general terms.

4. The user gets bound not to use the web site or any of the services offered within it with an aim to carry out unlawful activities, against moral, public order or, in general, to make use of it according to these general terms. The user gets likewise bound not to carry out through these services any advertising or commercial exploitation activities or to send messages using false identity or to hide in any way the origin of the message.

5. AGEDI acts exclusively as a communication service provider among parties, not being responsible for contents that, violating these general terms, parties could send each other, being the user the only responsible for they being true and lawful. Particularly, it is forbidden to use these services for sending advertising or criticisms to the service providers.

6. The user gets bound to respect the limits of use of web site agedi.es and of AGEDI services established at any time.

7. AGEDI will not be held responsible for any failures that could happen in communications, included the deletion of data, incomplete transmission or delays in sending data, neither for the transmission network operability at any time. AGEDI will not either answer for a third party who, breaking the security measures established, access to messages or use them for the spread of computer viruses.

AGEDI has adopted all security measures established by law for the protection of personal data provided by the user. However, AGEDI cannot guarantee the absolute inviolability of its security systems, nor can guarantee the security or inviolability of such data during transmission through the Net.

AGEDI does not guarantee the lawfulness, reliability and utility of contents transmitted by users when using the web site agedi.es or of AGEDI services, nor its veracity or accuracy. AGEDI does not control the use that users make of the web site agedi.es, nor guarantee that they use it according to these General Terms.

AGEDI does not control nor guarantee the absence of any computer viruses within the services provided by third parties through web site agedi.es which could result in changes in its computer system (software and/or hardware) or in documents and electronic files stored on its computer system. The links made available to users on web site agedi.es have as unique goal the provision of access to content and information services, mainly music, offered by third parties, not being AGEDI in any case liable for those services.

8. AGEDI will be able to interrupt the service provided by web site agedi.es being used by the user and to resolve immediately any relationship with it if a misuse of any use of web site agedi.es or any of the services offered by AGEDI is detected as being against these General Terms.

9. AGEDI reserves the right to interrupt the provision of any of the services provided through the web site agedi.es by simply informing about it in the home page with due notice of FIFTEEN (15) days. The same way, it reserves the right to modify unilaterally at any time and without further notice the presentation and terms of the web site agedi.es, as well as it services and terms of use requested.

10. AGEDI shall be able to modify at any time these General Terms or introduce new use conditions of web site agedi.es and/or the services of the web site, included the free use of the service. Such modification will only be applicable from its entering into force.

11. All contents posted in this web site, graphic design, images, data bases and source code are owned by AGEDI, its members and/or their legitimate owners. To use them in any form other than a strictly private use are subject to the previous written authorization of its owner.

Trademarks and logotypes included in the web page are also owned by AGEDI or their legitimate owners, and its use is strictly forbidden its use without authorization.

12. The use of cookies and other technologies should be expected for statistic anonymous analysis of users’ browsing (Google analytics) in order to improve the quality of our services, to ensure the technical functioning of the network, and to develop new and better features. If you disable or reject cookies, you may find that some of the features and/or services of the web site may not function properly.

13. The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which may apply, accept as legislation for this contract the Spanish legislation and submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid for any matters that might derive.
